Is it possible to lose weight only by eating a healthy diet?

When you want to eat something you look into the fridge and take food that looks good and your body will excite to eat your favorite foods it may not be healthy.

It is difficult to eat healthy food all the time which does not taste good or you don't like it. Just because of healthy eating, also doesn't mean you have to eliminate your favorite dish. Do you see clouds in the sky lifting? You have the abilities you need to lift up out of the clouds and dump. Just have the courage to come out on top and out into the sunlight.

In this busy life, it is hard to be everything to taking good care of yourself. But, once I decided and take a pledge to focus on myself and achieve my goals, I started seeing good results, eat healthier, and I started losing beyond my original goal of weight loss.

Eat Healthy Fruits
Healthy fruit option makes it easier to achieve your goal and to get the healthy food ideas in the forefront of your mind. Think about fruit in the very first meal of the day in the morning. Without skip any day eat fruit all morning. Smoothie, dried snack, or fresh juice these will increase your metabolism will give you a kickstart.

Eat Veggies
Focus on veggies in the 2nd meal i.e afternoon. Take a soup mainly made of vegetables and Salads full of veggies. Take bento box full of variety of veggies with hummus it in. Celery sticks with peanut butter is also a good option for a healthy snack.

Meal Before Bed
Now for dinner, eat a variety of foods. Fruits, grains, veggies, and proteins.

As you keep your focus on your goals and simply do there is no need to worry and you are more likely to stick to it.



Diet is the most important things we do in our everyday life. We need food to live and survive and it is a necessity. We always love to enjoy different eating. It's part of our culture and we depend on it so we can live and be healthy. The food we eat is the source of energy and nutrition. Before our birth, we already started eating food inside our mother womb and when we born, we desire to eat because it is our daily need.

We eat to survive, basically, that is very simple but most of us know so little about eating, about how the food we eat every day affects our health. That's why we need to know the importance of eating healthy foods to achieve good health and live life to the fullest.

Some people don't know how to choose the healthy foods. The reality is that as long as the food tastes good, they don't really care to eat it because it is good. Delicious foods are very hard to resist and I know that you admit to that. But in fact, the more tasteful the food is it all consists of so several bad ingredients that can cause various kinds of illnesses to our body.

There are times that it's very hard to oppose delicious food but you also have to think that not all pleasant foods are healthy. So it is of most importance to be able to understand whichever foods you choose and stay healthy as you can.


Staying fit is not just about doing exercises and loses all extra weight; it is also about eating a balanced diet that consists of healthy foods. There is no use if you're doing exercises while consuming junk foods instead of healthful foods.
