Add The Taste Of Mushroom Soup To Your Dining

The recipe for vegan cream mushroom soup is quite easy. Organic cream of mushroom is a savory base of mushroom combined with another delicious flavor. There is nothing better than a hot bowl of creamy soup in cold winter days.Though creams are loaded with saturated fat and calories but in cold season it could be adjustable because you cannot generally deny the goodness of cream and butter that makes the soup so delicious and desirable.
 


If you are preparing mushroom soup, you can go with oyster butter mushroom. Dried mushrooms are also good to prepare. Just soak them well before cooking. For preparing soup be sure to clean mushroom either by wiping with a damp towel or just rinsing and drying them up. Do not soak it in water for long because they are like sponge. Just add a few ingredients to make this soup tastier.


Add diced onion, cloves, a pinch of dried oregano, dried thyme, coconut milk, nutritional yeast and a cup of raw cashews and pepper to taste with a spoon of olive oil. Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mushroom and sauti till there sizes reduced in size. Remove from heat. Blend with cashew and nutritional yeast till it gets completely creamy. Place it in a pot. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy the tasty and healthy vegan cream of mushroom soup this winter.
