Many nutritionists are available and these issues vary enough that they can help you choose your nutritionist from the wide area and find one who will help that you really need.

Will I need to change my lifestyle, eating habits etc?
Partially yes, you can't achieve what you want without modifying routine and diet. You need to be prepared, a plan should allow for your individual needs, and the nutritionist should have plans.

No, calories make a bit difference but not all the time. Insulin is one key hormone which is in Pancreas and pulls weight gain, and oxidation rate. What you eat always influences weight but not matter how much quantity.

Will I quit of my sugar desires?
Yes, a nutritionist who tells about cravings or tells you everything that might not be perfect for you. If he suggests eating what you crave or changing fruit, that's also a bad sign.

Is it good if I eliminate any foods?
If the nutritionist suggests eliminating junk food such as fried foods, white flour or sugar then it is good.

I don't like vegetables. Can I replace it with more fruit?
Both Vegetables and Fruits are not equal, Fruits have nutritional value and no substitute for veggies. A nutritionist should know that eliminating vegetables often indicates a high-sugar nutrition.
